Our first meeting is all about getting to know you and understanding exactly what you need. We like to keep things simple, so we start with a classic: the 5 W’s — Who, What, Where, When, and Why. It’s straightforward, effective, and helps us get right to the heart of your vision.

You choose how detailed you want to get — big‑picture ideas or deep‑dive specifics, we’re ready for either.

Preliminary Sketching

Once we understand your goals, we move into the creative phase. We’ll explore design concepts, colour palettes you love, and the overall layout that best fits your project. And if you’re not sure what you want yet, that’s completely okay — that’s where we shine.

How Many Edits Do I Get?

While practice makes perfect, we know your time is valuable. Oak & Morrow is committed to the success of your campaign, which is why we include two rounds of revisions for tier 1 and 3 rounds for tier 2/3 with every flyer. This ensures you get polished, refined results that match your vision.

How Long Does It Typically Take?

Everything depends on you — our client. The level of detail, the complexity of the graphics, and the amount of content you want in your final flyer all play a role. Depending on your vision, a project can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours… sometimes even a couple of days!
